Terms of service
Effective: June 12, 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LeanProjax (“LeanProjax”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of our websites, the LeanProjax web application, and the LeanProjax iOS app (together, the “Service”). Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation.
2. The Service & pilot status
LeanProjax provides Six Sigma / DMAIC project tooling. During the pilot phase the Service is provided on an evolving basis: features may change, and we make no specific uptime or availability commitment beyond what is stated here. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve your data.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may require verification before granting or restoring access.
4. Acceptable use & user conduct
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:
- upload or process content you do not have the rights to use;
- use the Service for unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory, or abusive purposes;
- upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or other organisations' data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a written authorisation, or circumvent quotas, rate limits, or security controls;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except to the extent the law prohibits restricting that right;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or interfere with its operation or integrity.
We may investigate and take action (including suspension) for violations.
5. Your content & ownership
You retain all rights to the content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Content and do not train AI models on Your Content. You are responsible for the legality of Your Content.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by LeanProjax and its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not use our marks without permission.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g. sign-in, hosting, analytics, error tracking, email, the Apple App Store). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Fees
The pilot is currently offered at no charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will give notice and the applicable pricing terms will govern that use.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
LeanProjax provides analytical and statistical tooling. The calculations depend on the inputs you supply, and any decisions you make based on the outputs remain your responsibility. The Service is not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanProjax and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify LeanProjax against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, the rights granted to you end; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) survive.
13. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be set by counsel for the LeanProjax legal entity], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@leanprojax.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in [venue — to be set by counsel], unless mandatory law provides otherwise. [If arbitration is preferred, counsel should substitute a binding-arbitration and class-action-waiver clause appropriate to the jurisdiction.]
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we will post material changes here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify signed-in users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
