Hi — I’m Nasser Al‑Sulaihim. I’ve spent fifteen-plus years in operational excellence in the banking industry, and somewhere along the way this stopped being a job. I genuinely love this craft — sitting with a process until it tells you what it’s really doing, proving it with numbers, and then watching it get better because of something you found.

For most of those years I carried a picture in my head of what an improvement project shouldfeel like: everything in one place, the story and the statistics inseparable, the whole thing alive instead of scattered. Reality never matched it. The charter lived in a slide deck, the measurements in a spreadsheet, the statistics in a separate stats package, and the truth of the project somewhere in an inbox. Whenever a sponsor asked “where are we?”, my honest answer was “let me put some slides together” — and that gap between how the work should feel and how it actually felt never stopped bothering me.

So I built the picture. LeanProjax is the improvement project exactly as I always imagined it — one home from charter to control plan, with the statistics built in, so the evidence and the story are the same thing. I built it for myself, honestly. And once it existed, keeping it to myself felt wrong — so I put it out in the open, for anyone who does this work to benefit from.

The pilot is free because I’m trading access for feedback, and I say so everywhere rather than pretending “free” is a price. I read every piece of feedback myself — nothing disappears into a triage queue. I’m equally clear about what it is not yet: no SOC 2 certification, no enterprise SSO, no promises I cannot keep — the security & trust page lists the gaps next to the controls, on purpose.

What you see today is the kick-start, not the destination. I’m building a team of talented people who care about this craft the way I do, and LeanProjax will keep growing well beyond what the pilot shows. The people using it now are shaping that — every piece of feedback moves something on the roadmap.
