A finished SUPERTALL tower, 1,001 m tall and lit for the evening, over a city at dusk by the sea

Free · phone, tablet or computer

Raise a 1,001 m tower with Lean Six Sigma, shift by shift.

A free game about building well. Every shift is a real tool, from the blueprint to your own office on floor 200.

Plays in your browser. No download, and no account for the first 7 shifts.

How it plays

From the blueprint to your office

47 short shifts, in the order a real improvement project runs: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control. Each one is a hands-on job with three stars to win, and the report tells you what earns the next. The tower grows only while you play.

A crane shift: a floor swings on the hook over the tower at sunset, with the timer, floor 87 of 100, Cpk 1.88 and a control chart of every landing.
A crane shift: tap the moment the floor swings over the mark. The control chart keeps score.
  1. Define

    Design the tower

Listen to the client. Turn each wish into a target, then choose a footprint, a form, a structure and a crown that meet them all.

  2. Measure

Drive the piles, pour the raft

Every pile is a measurement. Hit the spec, and read your own capability.

  3. Analyze · Improve

    Raise 200 floors

Drop each floor on the mark with the crane while a control chart keeps score. Clad the floors in glass and balance the sky lobbies.

  4. Control

    Top out the spire

Jack the spire to 1,001 m. Correct a real gust, never the everyday wobble.

  5. Improve · Control

    Bring it to life

Power, water, lifts and cooling. Keep every system inside its limits, through a blackout, a sandstorm and the morning rush.

  6. Lean flow

    Fit-out and move-in

Level the deliveries, pull only what the crews need, stop the wrong kit at the gate and test the fire systems.

  7. Showtime

    Opening night

The city is watching. Run the show to the beat, without a missed cue.

  8. Sustain

    Your office

Sort your office on the top floor with 5S, make it yours, and take your seat.

What it teaches

Real tools, phase by phase

Each tool is something you do, not something you read. The numbers are real too: a Cpk in the game is the Cpk LeanProjax works out from the same data.

What makes it special

One of a kind, down to the last floor

The skyline in Blueprint view: the player’s 1,001 m tower drawn beside the Burj Khalifa and the world’s tallest towers at true scale, with dimension lines and a title block.

The skyline at true scale

26 world landmarks stand beside your tower at their real heights, from the Leaning Tower of Pisa to the Burj Khalifa. Switch to Blueprint or Black print, and the whole city becomes a dimensioned drawing, title block and all.

A SUPERTALL share card: the player’s finished tower drawn beside the Burj Khalifa at true scale, 1,001 m against 828 m, with the player’s belt.

Share cards and drone clips

At every peak, from a landmark passed to the spire topped out, make a card or a seven-second drone clip, sized for stories, posts and links. Challenge a friend to beat your daily score. Cards are made on your device, and a link carries game numbers only, never your name.

Belts that follow your progress

White to Master Black, earned by finishing each stage’s work and doing it well, the way a real belt is. Pass a belt exam and the belt is certified.

Exam questions every day

Each day brings 5 questions at your belt, one of them a calculation, from 248 original ones. A right answer pays Pixels.

Your own sky

The tower stands under your city’s real sky: the hour, the season and the weather. Wind, rain and fog change some shifts a little.

Pixels you earn

By playing, and from your own work on LeanProjax: the projects you lead, the tools you use, the courses you teach and the friends you invite.

Saved on every device

A free LeanProjax account keeps your tower. Carry on from your phone, tablet or computer.

7 shifts free, no account

Guests build the design, the foundations, the first floors and glass, and the first switch room. Then a free account carries the tower on.

Questions

Before you start

Is SUPERTALL free?

Yes. SUPERTALL is free to play in your browser, with nothing to download. Pixels, the game’s currency, are earned by playing and from your own work on LeanProjax. None can be bought today.

Do I need an account to play?

No. You can play the first 7 shifts as a guest: the design, the foundations, the first floors and glass, and the first switch room, with your tower kept in this browser. A free LeanProjax account opens the other 40 shifts, keeps your tower safe and lets you carry on from any phone, tablet or computer. It pays 20 Pixels, once: collect them in Earn Pixels.

How do invited friends earn me Pixels?

Share your invite link from Earn Pixels. A friend who makes a free LeanProjax account through it earns you 25 Pixels once they have confirmed their account and won a shift signed in: up to 3 friends a day and 20 in all, one per device. Your own other addresses never count.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. SUPERTALL is made for phones first and plays just as well on tablets and computers, in any modern browser with 3D graphics. Add it to your Home Screen to play full screen.

What will I learn?

The tools real Lean Six Sigma teams use, in the order a DMAIC project uses them: the voice of the customer and CTQs, capability (Cp and Cpk), control charts, Pareto, line balancing, levelling, kanban, SMED, poka-yoke, SPC and 5S. Every shift is one of them, hands on.

How do belts and belt exams work?

Your belt follows your real progress, the way a Lean Six Sigma belt does: White once the tower is designed, then Yellow, Green, Black and Master Black as each stage’s work is finished and done well. From Yellow up, each belt has an exam of 10 to 15 questions; passing it certifies the belt. 5 new exam questions arrive every day too.

What is the live sky?

Your tower stands under your own city’s sky: the real hour, season and weather, chosen from your device’s time zone. No location permission is asked. Wind, rain and fog change some shifts a little, and you can turn the live sky off in the game’s menu.

Will I lose my tower?

A guest’s tower is kept in the browser it was played in. With a free account it is saved to the account too and opens on any device, and when two devices played different things, they are combined: the stars, Pixels and exam answers earned on each are all kept. The game plays in one tab at a time, so nothing played in one tab is lost in another. Starting a new tower keeps the old one: your current tower is kept on your account (up to 3 previous towers), and you start a new one here. You can switch back to any of them from the menu.

Who makes SUPERTALL?

LeanProjax, the platform for running real improvement projects with DMAIC. The same free account signs you in to SUPERTALL, FlowTown and the platform, and your own projects there earn Pixels in the game.
