The iOS companion, end to end.

The mobile app is the same workspace, the same projects, the same team — designed for the moments where you're on the line with a clipboard in your other hand or reviewing on the commute. Five tabs cover everything, and the chapters below mirror the web track stop-for-stop.

At a glance

Three things worth knowing.

Same workspace

Real-time sync with the web — change something on either and the other reflects it within seconds.

Full DMAIC on iPhone

Charter, VOC, CTQ, capability with control charts, FMEA, recommendations, summary, PDF — every artefact is on iOS.

Offline-friendly

Online-first with a local cache; writes queue up when you lose signal and replay when you reconnect.

Figure 1The Assignments tab — owned projects on top, shared projects below.

The bottom tab bar is the whole nav model on iOS — no menus, no drawers. Five tabs, left to right:

  1. Overview — the dashboard. Daily-activity heatmap, sigma journey, where-you-stand bars, DMAIC coverage radar.
  2. Assignments — every project you own + every one shared with you, split into two sections.
  3. Toolkit — the 28 tools, grouped by phase, with the Lean Six Sigma Calculator scratchpad pinned at the top.
  4. Shadowing — capture timestamped observations as you walk the process. The iOS-first surface.
  5. Settings — account, workspace, plan & usage, members, and the row back into this guide.

Inside an assignment

A native list — not a desktop tab strip.

Figure 2Assignment detail — overview at the top, grouped phase-section rows below, Summary + Edit in the nav bar.

On web the assignment detail uses a horizontal tab strip (Charter / VOC / CTQ / etc.). On iOS the same artefacts live as rows inside grouped list sections, one section per DMAIC phase. Tap a row to drill into that artefact; tap ‹ Assignments to come back. The toolbar carries Summary (opens the full-screen executive summary) and Edit (opens the assignment editor sheet).

The sections map exactly to the web tabs: Assistant (AI Assessment), Define (Charter, VOC, CTQ), Measure & Analyze (Processes, Shadowing, FMEA), Improve (Recommendations), Toolkit (the 28 tools), Team (Members, Activity).

The journey

Seven chapters cover the full DMAIC trip.
