Get started
Install LeanProjax from the App Store and sign in with the same credentials you use on the web — email, Apple, or Google. There's no separate iOS account. Your workspaces, assignments, and team membership flow in immediately.
One sign-in
Your workspace follows you across devices.
The first thing you see is the Overview tab — your improvement work across every project you own, with an example dataset if you don't have real data yet. Daily-activity heatmap, sigma journey, where-you-stand bars, DMAIC coverage radar — the same panels as the web dashboard.
From Overview to Assignments
Two taps to your first project.
Tap Assignments in the tab bar
The second tab is your project list. My projects shows everything you own; Shared with me shows projects others have given you access to, with a role badge so you know what you can do.
Tap + to create
The toolbar's + menu opens two choices: Blank assignment (the common path — name + objective + Create) or Import from Excel… if you already have a charter spreadsheet. The refresh button beside it pulls the latest workspace state when sync feels stale.
What you'll see next
Inside an assignment.
Tapping a card opens the assignment detail — a native iOS list of grouped phase sections, not a tab strip. The next chapter (Define & Measure) covers what's in each section and how to fill it.
