Executive summary
Tap Summary in the assignment toolbar and the Executive Summary opens as a full-screen sheet. Same content as the web summary, redrawn for one-thumb navigation. Useful when you're presenting from an iPad or briefing a stakeholder between meetings.
At a glance
What's on the sheet.
Title block
Project title, completion state, updated/completed timestamps.
KPI tiles
VOC·CTQ, Efficiency, High risk — scrollable row of headline numbers.
Process tabs
Switch between Overall and individual process summaries (Postpaid Sales Conversion, etc.).
Combined Pareto
All-VSM-steps red bars + cumulative blue line, with 80% guide.
The sheet
Top to bottom.
Title block
Project name, the long objective, status badge (Completed in green when signed off), and the Updated / Completed timestamps. The Done button on the left dismisses the sheet; the ⊕ button on the right opens the full DMAIC report (next chapter).
KPI tiles
A horizontal row of headline tiles — VOC · CTQ (count of voices + CTQs), Efficiency (value-add ratio), High risk (FMEA entries with RPN ≥ 200). Swipe right to see more (sigma range, Ppk range, stability).
Process tabs
Overall shows aggregated metrics across every process; each individual process (e.g. Postpaid Sales Conversion) has its own tab with VSM steps, efficiency, cycle time, and full process-capability snapshot (Cp, Cpk, Cpu, Cpl, 95% CI).
VOC · CTQ coverage
A compact ratio: 8 VOC pill + 10 CTQ pill + "1.2 CTQ per VOC on average". Tells you whether you've translated customer voice into measurable requirements densely enough.
Combined Pareto
Bar chart of all VSM steps across every process by cycle time, red for the vital few (≤ 80% cumulative), grey beyond. The blue cumulative line crosses the 80% guide where attention should shift.
