Everything in the web's Define + Measure phases is on iPhone, in the same order. The assignment detail screen exposes Charter / VOC / CTQ as rows in the Define section, and Processes is the entry point for full capability analysis with Cp/Cpk, distribution fit, and individuals control charts.

Charter

Tapping Charter opens the seven-pane editor. iOS shows one pane at a time as a Form section — Team, Overview, Drivers, Leverage, Risks, Stakeholders, Schedule. The header carries the same "18 of 19 fields filled · 95%" completeness indicator as web.

Voice of Customer

The Voice of Customer row lists every captured statement. Tap + to add a quote (Segment + Verbatim + Source), and link it to a CTQ from the same screen.

CTQ Requirements

CTQ Requirements lists each measurable quality requirement with target, LSL, USL, and the linked VOC. Without target + LSL + USL set, the capability analysis later in Measure can't run.

Open a process from the Measure & Analyze section. Once you've entered 25+ measurements iOS shows the same capability output as web:

  • Short-term: Cp, Cpk, σ level, Cpu, Cpl, Cpk 95% CI.
  • Long-term: Pp, Ppk.
  • Defect rate: Expected (from the fit) vs Observed (raw counts).
  • Rating:coloured banner — green for ≥1.33, red for <1.00.
  • Distribution: histogram of raw data with the fitted normal curve, x̄ marker, and dashed LSL/USL lines.
  • Individuals control chart: UCL/LCL bands, Nelson-rule annotations.
