Collaborate
Workspace settings, plan limits, members, and pending invitations are all on iOS — under Settings → Team. The role model is identical to web (Lead ≥ Contributor ≥ Viewer, with Owner/Admin bypass), and changes propagate to web in real time.
At a glance
Four things on one screen.
Workspace
Which workspace you're currently in, with a tap-to-switch picker.
Plan & usage
Plan tier (Pilot during the beta), assignments used, members used.
Members
Everyone in the workspace with their role and last-active timestamp.
Invitations
Pending invites to other workspaces — accept or decline from here.
Settings → Team
The collaboration surface.
Workspace
The top of the screen shows your active workspace. Tapping it opens a picker if you belong to more than one (consultancies, accepted shares). Switching workspace updates every other tab — Overview, Assignments, Toolkit, Shadowing all re-scope.
Plan & usage
During the pilot you'll see PLAN: PILOT with Assignments 1/∞, Members per assignment: Unlimited, and Workspace members: N. A note clarifies pilot mode — plan limits are advisory, not enforced.
Members
Every workspace member is listed with name + email + role pill (Owner, Admin, Member) and a last-active timestamp. Tap a row to change role; the last owner can't be demoted or removed (the row's pill is non-tappable).
Pending for me
The Invitations section shows any invites you've received from other workspaces. Tap to accept (you join the workspace and gain access to the assignment), decline, or hold for later.
Inviting people
From an assignment, or from the workspace.
From inside an assignment
Open the assignment, scroll to the Team section, tap Members → + Share. Pick a role (Lead / Contributor / Viewer), add emails, send. The invitee gets a deep link email; tapping it on iPhone opens the iOS app straight to the assignment.
From the workspace
Owners and admins can invite people to the workspace from Settings → Team → Members → Invite. Workspace members show up in the assignment-invite autocomplete, so it's faster than emailing them individually for every project.
